Each of our luxury pods has a separate litter area and sleeping loft over two levels,  and can be doubled up to accommodate up to 2 cats from the same home provided they enjoy each other's company. We also have mini-suites and deluxe suites, which can accommodate up to 4 cats from the same home, or provide a bit more space for cats that need to stretch out a bit more.

 

Our volunteers will be on hand during business hours to ensure that your cat is well cared for and those that enjoy a little time running about will be offered time in larger areas.
 

 All cats are provided with Royal Canin dry food, Royal Canin wet food (or other commercially available food if they have a preference) and of course a clean and fresh waterbowl.

 Cat Vaccination Certificate Requirements

A current (within the last 12 months) F3/F4 flu and enteritis vaccination certificate is required on admission.

Drop Off

By appointment between 2-6pm or by agreement.

​

Pick up times

By appointment between 8 - 12pm or by agreement. 
 

Please note we are not 'Open'. We will be there at the agreed appointment time. If you are running late please contact us on 0459 779 888.  On arrival please ring the doorbell on the top left of the main exterior doors. Please allow us a few minutes to meet you at the door as it is a long walk and we are tending to our guests.

 Medication

Please provide enough medication for your cats stay with us and strict instructions.

 Special Diets

If your cat is required to be on a prescription diet or has specific preferences please bring along enough supply for your cats stay with us.

In Case of Emergency 
Please provide contact details and let your vet clinic know that your cat is boarding with us as we may need to contact them for assistance should we have any concerns about the health of your cat.
